Executive Orders
- Executive Order 08-24 - Extends the declaration of emergency contained in Executive Order 08-20 and the terms of Executive Order 08-19 through August 11, 2008, for the purpose of continuing the state's support of on-going response and recovery operations in the Missouri communities affected by the June 2008 severe storms and flooding. (July 11, 2008)
- Executive Order 08-23 - Extends the order contained in Executive Order 08-21 through July 31, 2008, for the purpose of continuing the cleanup efforts following flooding in the affected Missouri communities. (July 11, 2008)
- Executive Order 08-21 - Authorizes the Director of the Missouri Department of Natural Resources to temporarily waive or suspend the operation of any statutory or administrative rule or regulation currently in place under his purview in order to best serve the interests of the public health and safety during the period of the emergency and the subsequent recovery period. (June 20, 2008)
- Executive Order 08-20 - Declares that a State of Emergency exists in the state of Missouri. (June 11, 2008)
- Executive Order 08-19 - Directs the Adjutant General of the state of Missouri, or his designee, to forthwith call and order into active service the organized militia as he deems necessary. (June 11, 2008)
