Emission Inventory Questionnaire Information

The Missouri Emissions Inventory Questionnaire is a paper-based system that allows you to submit all emissions data on the forms below to fulfill state reporting requirements. The information that you supply helps our office track air quality throughout the state and determine appropriate fees.

Recent revisions to the emissions reporting requirements may affect your business. For more information see the Revised Emissions Reporting and Fee Rule. These changes went into effect on
Jan. 1, 2008.

All Emission Inventory Questionnaires are due by June 1. If you have any questions about the forms below or need assistance to complete them, contact the Air Pollution Control Program at
573-751-4817.

Before you start filling out these forms, please review Important Information for Missouri EIQs. This document details recent changes that were made to the forms and gives further details about your emissions reporting requirements.

Information submitted in an Emissions Inventory Questionnaire may satisfy the definition of confidential business information.  If a company appropriately documents that such information is confidential, the department’s Air Pollution Control Program will ensure that only authorized individuals have access to the designated material.
