Before you start filling out your EIQ, please review 2009 Emissions Reporting for Full Emission Inventory Questionnaire DOC and 2009 Emissions Reduced Reporting PDF. These documents detail recent changes that were made to the forms and gives further details about your emissions reporting requirements.
All EIQ forms have been converted to Microsoft® Excel® format for your convenience.
Information submitted in an Emissions Inventory Questionnaire may satisfy the definition of confidential business information. A company must satisfy the requirements for a confidentiality request before the Air Pollution Control Program can grant such a request. A company entering it's data directly into MoEIS is the most secure method of maintaining confidentiality. To learn more about making your EIQ confidential see Confidential EIQ Information Guidance.
