The Air Pollution Control Program wants to make it easier for you to report emissions. There are several options available for you to comply with state air regulations and reporting requirements. Our goal is to make emissions reporting the most efficient for you. Call us at 1-866-MOEIS4U (663-4748) to get a password for MoEIS or a MoERT download to get started.
Effective Jan. 1, 2008, emissions reporting requirements and fees are changing. For more information see the Revised Emissions Reporting and Fee Rule.
All Emission Inventory Questionnaires are due by June 1. If you have any questions or need assistance, contact the Air Pollution Control Program at 573-751-4817.
Before you start filling out your EIQ, please review Important Information for Missouri EIQs. This document details recent changes that were made to the forms and gives further details about your emissions reporting requirements.
Information submitted in an Emissions Inventory Questionnaire may satisfy the definition of confidential business information. If a company appropriately documents that such information is confidential, the department’s Air Pollution Control Program will ensure that only authorized individuals have access to the designated material.
